| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 12/26/07+TC DETAILS: Jerry said that Coffey Lab collected the sample from a hose with a nozzle attached to it. Per Jerry, Coffey admitted they have a new employee who improperly sampled. Coffey is supposed to be contacting DHS-DWP to have the sample thrown-out. It is unknown at this time if another sample was collected in December 2007. ACTION NEEDED: I told Jerry to let me know if he needs any help clearing up this situation: no further action at this time. | ||
