| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 1/08/08 DETAILS: I left a message for Wanda asking her to do 4 repeats as soon as possible and report the results before 1/23/08. I asked her to call if any are + because a PN will be needed. Otherwise I reminded her to to 5 temp routines in February. I also inquired if Lead/Copper was done last year and to send in those results if she hasnt done so already. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- I will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
