| Details: | SUMMARY: monitoring schedule DETAILS: Spoke with Chuck Michaels regarding the sampling schedule for this system now that the system type has changed to community again. This contact report will hopefully clarify our reasoning for the sampling schedule. Some historical sample results did not distinguish what EP the samples came from, this made the scheduling difficult. We based our decision for the schedule based on the previous sanitary survey and historical letters found in the Portland file dated 1992-1997 that indicated the new EP was being used as early as 1993 but not officially notifying us until 1997. Discussed this sampling schedule with Karen Kelley, Joe Carlson and Chuck Michael before sending the new survey letter in April 2008. ACTION NEEDED: none. | ||
