| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 12/28/07 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Jan. 3, 2008 - In speaking with Randy Pagan it was determined that the sample was collected from a swivel faucet with a screen. Jan. 4, 2008 - I spoke with the manager (Jessica) and reviewed proper sampling tap selection. She will collect four repeat samples today. Jan. 7, 2008 - Neilson Research informed me that four repeat samples tested negative for Total Coliform, however, two of the samples were collected from hot water taps. I called Randy and informed him that two more repeat samples need to be collected from cold-water taps. He said that he will have Jessica collect the samples tomorrow. Jan. 8, 2008 - Two additional repeat samples were collected and tested negative for Total Coliform. Jan. 11, 2008 - I spoke with Jessica and reminded her that five routine samples need to be collected by the end of the month. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of January. | ||
