| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding nitrate confirmation sample DETAILS: I spoke with Craig regarding nitrate testing. Confirmation testing then at a minimum at least quarterly. I also spoke to him regarding the need to test for coliforms on a quarterly basis. Wasco County HD had been doing this but can no longer be responsible for the routine tests. ACTION NEEDED: Call and discuss results of confirmation sample. Quarterly testing for both Nitrates and coliforms. | ||
