| Details: | SUMMARY: The following information was given to bonanza City Library operator on 12-27-07. DETAILS: Water system is in compliance at this time for the last two quarters of coliform testing and 2007 nitrate testing. However, the second quarter of coliform testing for 2007 was missed and nitrate testing for 2005 and 2006 was missed. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operator must post a public notice, in several areas of the library where the public will see it, stating what testing was missed, that testing is being done on schedule now and that all recent tests done are in compliance. Fax a copy of this notice to the state Drinking Water Program (fax 971-673-0457) and to KCEHD (fax 541-883-4208). This notice must be posted for one month and then may be removed. | ||
