| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample taken 11/14/07 positive for coliform bacteria. 3 repeat samples positive for total coliform/ 1 repeat sample for fecal coliform bacteria. DETAILS: Ralph Bond called to say that repeat samples were positive for coliform bacteria. I faxed a fecal coliform public notice form the Signey Grimstad. She distributed the public notice and mailed a copy to the DWP. Ralph will find the problem and take 5 routine samples the next month. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
