| Details: | SUMMARY: routine sample taken 12/27/2007 positive for total coliform bacteria. DETAILS: Debbie called to say that the routine sample for December 27, 2007 was positive for total coliform bacteria. She thinks that she contaminated the sample when she took it. She will take 4 repeat samples ASAP. In the meantime she will use bottled water for the café. ACTION NEEDED: I reminded Debbie that if any of the repeat samples are positive she will need to do public notice and mail a copy to the Health Division. She will have to eliminate coliform bacteria from the water. Then do 5 routine samples in January 2008. | ||
