| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call regarding Alert Contact - TCT positive sample 7/23/07 DETAILS: Called Kathy regarding the positive sample. She told me that the repeat samples will be taken right away, and that the lodge help know about repeat sampling. Also reminded her about the 5 routines the next month following a positive sample. System must do the four repeats in June, and then 5 routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 4 repeats in June, and the 5 routines in July. | ||
