| Details: | SUMMARY: Routines may not be submitted in time DETAILS: No guests since last weekend, notice has been posted. Maurene at Spring Street Water Lab( in Klamath Falls) told operator 4 routines not due until next month. I told her the month after the positive (Dec. 31, 2008) meaning 5 routines were due end of Jan (I.e. end of nest week)!!! ACTION NEEDED: Will be faxing and/or mailing letter on 1/29/08 that describes former phone calls. | ||
