| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead & Copper (LCR) DETAILS: Oct. 25, 2007 Abraham Shadbeh with this office called Mr. Brumley on Oct.25, 2007 and left message. Oct. 26, 2007 I attempted to contact Mark Brumley ( operator) by phone. I left a message on answering machine notifying him of the alert and asked that he return my call to discuss it. Oct.29, 2007 I called him again and no one answered. Oct. 30, 2007 Isent a certified letter to Mark Brumley at the address on record. The letter notified him of the alert and the requirement for the water quality parameter testing. I also asked that he contact me by Nov. 10, 2007 to discuss it further. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
