Details:	SUMMARY: First and second quarter coliform testing for 2007 were missed. DETAILS: Water system is in compliance at this time for 2007 nitrate testing. A third quarter coliform test came back positive for TC. 4 repeats were done (all absent for coliform) but 5 routines the following month were not done as required. Operator stated a coliform test was taken to the lab on 12/26/07. This will meet the requirement for a 4th quarter coliform test. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operator must post a public notice in several areas of the motel where the public will see it stating what testing was missed. After the positive on 8/14/07 4 repeats are required and were done but 5 routines the following month were not done as required. First and second quarter coliform tests for 2007 were not taken. That testing is being done on schedule now and that all recent tests done are in compliance. This notice should also be hand delivered to all persons that are currently living at the motel. Fax a copy of this notice to the state Drinking Water Program (fax 971-673-0457) and to KCEHD (fax 541-883-4280). This notice must be posted until the end of March 2008. At that time if all testing is in compliance it may be removed.
