| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert status resolved DETAILS: 10/23//07 First TC+ result 10/28/07 One FC+ result, couple TC + repeats 10/30/07 and 11/01/07 Made phone calls regarding Alert 11/02/07 Manager D. Bell and I made on-site visit and assure fecal coliform public notice is posted. 11/13/07 Emailed Melitas to do 5 routines by end of November and go back to routine testing if results ok. No more boil water order (I.e. Public Notices ok to take down). 11/19/07 Status review. 1/31/08 Called and spoke with Jamie Wenick (restaurant manager). Her understanding is no public notice at this time and back to routine required testing. ACTION NEEDED: Delbert or new guy Daniel Osborn of KCEHD to call Ms. Wenick if more testing or public notice needed at this time. | ||
