| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 2/08/08 DETAILS: On 2/19/08 I spoke to Marti Whitmore regarding Nitrate sample collected on 2/08/08 (received 2/19/08). I told Marti she will need to test for nitrates for 4 consecutive quarters. I recommended her to take a sample this quarter and the next 3 consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. I told Marti that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10PPM), she is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow-up. | ||
