DETAILS: Pam located a copy of the lab analysis showing that she monitored on 6/12/07 for both arsenic and nitrate. Pam will fax me a copy and send a copy to the DHS-DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Violation corrected - Arsenic and nitrate were monitored on 6/12/07, but not reported until now. | ||
