| Details: | SUMMARY: Left message with Larry Cat regarding non-reporting for TC in January 2008 DETAILS: Larry said that Waterlab made a mistake and did not send results to the state for January M/R TC. They will send results ASAP. I also discussed with Larry that the coliform bacteria sampling plan is not being followed and that the radionuclides monitored on Nov 2003 were not reported to the state. Larry will forward RAD monitoring results to the DWP and begin following sampling plan ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Violation corrected on 3/4/08. | ||
