| Details: | SUMMARY: January 10, 2008. I spoke in person with Island City Water District concerning their 1/09/08 coliform sample being positive. DETAILS: Judy informed me that they were aware of it and submitted 4 additional samples dated 1/09/08. She and Mr. Goss RE spoke and he suggested that Island City take additional samples from new points of use and submit as test inquiries. ACTION NEEDED: System need to perform additional repeat and follow up sampling. | ||
