I spoke with Island City Water District concerning elevated nitrate levels in their 12/05/07 nitrate sample of EP-A or Well #1 (UNIO 639) DETAILS: This system had a nitrate sample measurement of 8.1 mg/1 during December 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Need to perform quarterly sampling of EP-A or Well #1 and when weather permitting locate possible source of nitrate contamination. | ||
