| Details: | Spoke by phone to Glenn about the violation for not collecting enough arsenic samples in this year's first quarter (1/3 of occupied lots per quarter so each dwelling occupied in that 3 month span is sampled). Glenn stated within the 3 quarter span all occupied dwellings had been sampled for arsenic at the point of use and acknowledged the 21 lots had NOT been divided into thirds for sampling purposes per quarter. I specified: collect two samples in May to cover those missed in March (per C.L. 5/4/19 email) and then collect 7 samples for lots not sampled since September and then excluding this year's first quarter samples, collect samples for the balance of the lots. A suggested schedule was posted in the mail to Glenn along with a note to assure bottles and sample paperwork clearly identified each applicable lot being sampled. Also by phone we reviewed minimum sampling required in the immediate future including: Arsenic as discussed above, quarterly DBP in September 2020 Pb/Cu between 6/1 and 9/30/20 Nitrate in 2020 Separate source samples from both well heads in 2020 Total Coliforms sampled monthly. Discussed water system survey due in 2020. Anticipate completing late summer. |
