Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 3/07/08: Received coliform positive alert via e-mail from DHS. Left message concerning positive result, asked operator to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. 03/10/08: Spoke with Emma and Doris from PWS. They have fixed the problem at the Berlin Well-- took well offline, chlorinated, flushed. Plan to use purchased water from City of Dallas until samples are coliform negative. 3/11/08:Received coliform positive repeat samples from DHS. Contacted Doris, they have sent out letters to all water system users, are continuing the flushing process, and are using purchased water from the City of Dallas. They took another round of repeat samples, waiting for results. 03/19/08: Received negative repeat samples ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples the following month.
