Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted the system operator Lupe Wilson regarding coliform bacteria non-reporting violation for 4th quarter 2008. DETAILS: Campground was not open during 4th quarter of 2008. The operator informed Linn County that the campground is now operating from May 01- September 30 of every year. ACTION NEEDED: Send DWP a updated Water System Information form (attached) Violation corrected.
