| Details: | SUMMARY: Public Works Well #2 - Plan Review number 171-2007 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Leahnette with Columbia City to get an update on PR 171-2007 Public Works Well #2 (Well Tag L80323). She said that they were just starting a flow test on Well #2 and that they were aware that Well #2 had not received final approval yet. I sent her a copy of the conditional apporval letter, which contains the conditions that must be met before final approval can be granted. The Water Resources Department approved their transfer of water rights for the 1939 well (100 gpm) to the new well in April 2008 (Water Rights documents T-10507 and GR2515). They have another application (still pending) to increase the amount of water rights to 500 gpm (application G16984). The 1939 well (Well Report COLU1211) was properly abandoned per our requirements for approval for the new well (Well Report COLU53510). ACTION NEEDED: Final plan review approval is needed prior to bring well 2 into use as a potable water supply. | ||
