| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 1/30/08: Received positive Routine Coliform result from state DWP. Called operator, no answer, left message to call back. 1/31/08:Called operator, not answer, left message to call back. 2/01/08: Contacted operator, Mr. Brown stated hea was going to take repeat samples over the weekend. Informed operator to take 4 repeat samples, on at the source, one directly upstream, one directly downstream, and one random location in the system. 2/07/08:Received positive repeat coliform results from state DWP. Called operator, informed operator to immediately take corrective action and another round of 4 repeat samples. Asked operator to contact office to discuss what corrective action will be taken. Operator states he will shock chlorinate spring, reservoir, and distribution lines, then take second round of repeat samples. Operator to inform water users of actions being taken. Waiting for repeat sample results from lab. 2/21/08: Received all repeat samples from Water Lab as negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine coliform sample next reporting period. | ||
