| Details: | SUMMARY: One positive coliform routine sample on 3/20/08 DETAILS: On 3/20/08 I spoke to Jim Nash (water operator assistant) with Stutzman Services regarding the positive routine coliform sample collected on 3/18/08. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. Jim Nash suspects the problem may be from the replacement of the pressure tank. He is planning to do the four repeat samples required. 3/21/08 at 3pm I spoke to Jim Nash. He was unable to get samples from the system because his car had broken down. He stated he will sample on Monday 3/24/08. We discussed taking samples from above, below and at the entry point. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
