| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP completed DETAILS: On 2/27/08 I met with Dave Toninato to conduct a routine survey of the hatcherys drinking water system and to help staff develop an Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Subsequent to that meeting, Mr. Toninato forwarded an ERP/VA Proof of Completion to Clatsop County Health and Human Services. Proof of completion document is attached. ACTION NEEDED: Revise ERP as required. | ||
