| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Arsenic and IOC Non-reporting violations for 2005-2007 monitoring period with the operator, Ron Loe. DETAILS: Ron said that the lab took the samples in December. Ron will call the lab to find out what happened. The lab received the analysis on 1/10/08 and sent the results to the drinking water program on 1/11/08. I asked for a faxed copy of the results. ACTION NEEDED: Received Arsenic and IOC test results from Ron Loe on March 14, 2008. Results were also sent to DHS - DWP on 1/11/08. Violation corrected on 3/14/08 (copy of IOC and Arsenic results attached). | ||
