| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Arsenic non-reporting violation with Mark DETAILS: Mark was unaware of the arsenic non-reporting status. He called Waterlab and apparently they missed M/R. Mark will M/R ASAP and report results to DWP and Linn County. Also discussed non-reporting of L&C. Mark said he will M/R ASAP and report results to DWP and Linn County. Also discussed non-reporting of L&C. Mark said he will N/R this June 2008. Last N/R on 9/12/02. This was addressed during the 5/07 SS by John also. Mark will post PN for both arsenic and L&C ASAP. Also discussed that the CB sampling plan is not being followed. Faxed him a plan to share with Waterlab. ACTION NEEDED: Arsenic was M/R on 2/22/08 - Violation Corrected. | ||
