| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 12/28/07 DETAILS: On 01/03/08 I left a message in regards to the positive coliform sample collected on 12/28/07 (received on 01/02/08). I informed the operator about the require four repeat samples in order to be in compliance. I also made her aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. I requested a call back to discuss sampling procedure and potential sources of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples and follow up. | ||
