Ms. Sundperl was aware of the positive (for coliform) water sample. She had already taken 5 repeat water samples and submitted them to the lab. We informed/reminded her of the required 5 routine water samples to be taken during the month of February. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor and follow-up to verify if routine sampling has been done in the month of February.
