| Details: | SUMMARY: AS sampling reduction. DETAILS: In response to the letter I sent regarding missing sampling for arsenic in 2007, John MacKown requested a sampling reduction from annual to every nine years. A review of the results from 2003, 2004, and 2005 show that the Bay Hills Water Assoc. is eligible for this reduction. I have updated sdwis to show the annual schedule ending 12/31/2005 and the 9-year schedule beginning 1/1/2011 per standard monitoring framework. I have also requested the Data Management Compliance Enforcement Unit remove the AS violation for not reporting in 2006 and 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Updated SDWIS to show the reduction in AS sampling to every 9 years. Assure 2006 and 2007 AS monitoring/reporting violations are removed from Bay Hills compliance record. | ||
