| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - Total coliform DETAILS: Kellys Corner Market tested TCR positive on a sample taken October 30, 2007. The ALERT date was November 2, 2007. I contacted Mr. Lee, the stores owner, to inform him that he was required to take four repeat samples immediately and 5 routine samples during the month of December. Mr. Lee said he understood and would contact the company that takes his water samples for the required testing. I informed Mr. Lee that he could call me or have the laboratory call me if there were any questions. ACTION NEEDED: I contacted Mr. Alee, the stores owner, to inform him that he was required to take four repeat samples immediately and 5 routine samples during the month of December.
