DETAILS: Di(2-Ethylhexyl)- Phthalate was over the MCL of .006, test results of .011 were obtained. Operator to do confirmation sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation sampling for that chemical and contact PHD after the test value is known to determine need for further testing. | ||
