Details:	SUMMARY: Also NO3 and SWTR violations DETAILS: Spoke to managers during semi-annual re-inspection. The record for the most recent violation (TCR-- June 1, 2007) was available to view. All other violations were prior to the current management and no records were on hand for dates prior to the change (October, 2006). The most recent violation was due to a late submission of the report. Discussed importance of submitting reports on-time and time-line for future reporting (no later than the 10th of the following month). ACTION NEEDED: Future reporting will be submitted on time. Received no later than the 10th of the following month).
