Details: SUMMARY: Crook County to inspect Phase I facilities to final Plan Review 242-2004. DETAILS: Joe Hitz, project engineer had submitted final as-builts for Phase I in September 2006. There are currently only 4 homes connected to the water system. Barbara Kautto (541-416-0457) of the homeowners association had called 5/21 with some concerns about the reservoir and other long-term water supply and quality issues. The homeowners group is meeting 5/31. I contacted Bob Wilson of Crook County, and he will do a final plan review inspection of the system this week. Joe Hitz will contact the developer to check on the status of Phase II (plan review 179-2007). Road work had been done in the fall of 2007, but water line work has not been done. The developer is apparently delaying this project because the sale of the lots has been slow. Joe will check with the developer on the status of the second well and whether water quality tests have been done. ACTION NEEDED: Bob Wilson to complete final plan review inspection. DWP to complete plan review of Phase II PR 179-2007.
