| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: Positive total coliform sample on routine sample taken on January 4, 2008. Two positive repeat samples dated 1/11/08. Mr. Flanagan said that they have taken their four repeat samples this month but two were positive and two were absent. They are in the process of troubleshooting the problem since the wellhead sample was clean and the other sample further in the facility was positive. He will run some special samples at his lab facility to ensure the problem is fixed. ACTION NEEDED: In February he will take 5 routine samples. If those are all good he will wait until second quarter to take his regular samples. | ||
