| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert re: As DETAILS: On 2/29/08 I received an alert notice regarding elevated arsenic in the RV parks drinking water. I contacted Chuck Chamberlain on 3/5/08 to explain significance of an alert and to explain the requirement for further quarterly testing for As. On 3/6/08 I sent Mr. Chamberlain a letter reiterating the earlier phone conversation. Letter attached. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor As levels. In Oct. 2008 once we have testing data we will decide how to proceed with this issue. | ||
