| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 2/13/08 DETAILS: On 2/25/08 I spoke to Philip regarding Nitrate sample collected on 2/13/08 received on 2/22/08. I told Marti she will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. I recommended her to take a sample this quarter and the next three consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. I told Philip that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL 10ppm she is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow-up. | ||
