| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C on Routine from 2/12/08 DETAILS: John called and said they had a positive test then took for repeats that were all positive as well. We calculated how much bleach to add to the well and discussed the disinfection process. John will be doing that this weekend and is going to provide a public notice. He will then take 4 more repeat tests. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing results. | ||
