| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Positive for Total coliform 1st quarter DETAILS: Mr. Schultz believes the positive was the result of the UV light not being changed last year as scheduled maintenance. He has contacted a plumbing firm to change the UV light and do general maintenance. Four repeat samples have been taken after UV maintenance. ACTION NEEDED: If all repeats are negative, take five routine samples in March. | ||
