| Details: | SUMMARY: Ct Tracer Study DETAILS: A new Ultrasonic flowmeter was installed on the systems 2100,000 gallon storage reservoir outlet piping. A CT Tracer study was requested to determine the current disinfection contact time. I reviewed project scope with the treatment plant operator and City volunteer (Retired water treatment plant professional). I toured the treatment and storage facilities including disinfection feed system, sample points, storage vessel and flow configuration. I drafted process flowcharts and operation plan for process adjustments for the study to take place on May 6th. ACTION NEEDED: Finalize data evaluation and theoretical contact times and perform study. Compile measured data into a report for the City and DWP. | ||
