Details:	Kat Topaz was contacted regarding Nitrate sample taken on 5/4/20 with a result of 5.360000000. The water system was directed to take quarterly Nitrate samples, July-September and October-November. The water system is a seasonal operation, May-November 15. After the system has sampled for the quarters they are in operation, the quarter for the annual Nitrate sampling will be set. A Chemical Schedule Change form will be submitted.
