| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine quarterly taken 2/08/08+TC DETAILS: I left Tom a message reviewing the protocol: 4 repeats need to be reported by 2/22/08 5 temp routines needed in March. If any of the repeats are positive I asked him to call me because PN will be needed. I also reminded him that if he decides to start chlorinating again, he needs to do PR with the State. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
