| Details: | SUMMARY: + T/C on 1 of 4 repeats in February 2008 DETAILS: I called John and was informed that 3 of the repeats came back absent for TC (including a sample from the well). The one that was + was from the same laundry site. John feels this is a bad sample site. I asked him to replace that site with one near by and to take 4 more resamples and to provide a public notice. I also reminded him of the need for 5 temporary rountines after 4 clean repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing | ||
