| Details: | SUMMARY: Alet Response - Coli5055 DETAILS: Phone call message to owner of system regarding alert: Coli 5055 Sample date: 2/25/08. Spoke with Scott Curry about how to proceed with this system. It was decided that we would have owner, George Head, stop doing any more repeat sampling, implement a public notice to the users of Head Acres well C, and then shock disinfect the well. After shocking the well, operator will do 5 routines. Left message on owners phone system. ACTION NEEDED: DHS - Await repeat sample results. System: 1. Provide public notice to users. 2.
