| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample on 2/04/08 DETAILS: On 2/28/07 I spoke to Al East (water operator) regarding routine positive coliform samples collected on 2/04/08 (received on 2/08/08). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to do the four repeat samples required. I suggested taking a sample from the entry point. He will call me once he receives the results. On 2/25/08 Jan called an said that all four repeat samples were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routine samples and follow up. | ||
