| Details: | SUMMARY: 3 of 4 repeats taken 02/29/08 +TC DETAILS: Mark called 03/04/08 to report that 3 of the 4 repeats collected were +TC. He has arranged for Mt Hood Chemical to come out Thursday 3/06/08. Hes not sure what the cause is. Mark already sent a notice out to parents: I asked him to fax me a copy (see attached). I asked him to do another PN using the EPA template with the required language and send me a copy of that as well (see attached). ACTION NEEDED: I will call Mark Tuesday 3/11/08 to check if the super chlorinating and repeat sampling was completed. | ||
