| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 3/12/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Samantha said that they had a line break recently that is scheduled to be repaired on 03/21/08. She thought that the line break may be the culprit and asked if they could complete the repair before collecting additional samples. I had her collect two special samples prior to the repair, both of which failed. On 3/21/ the line break was repaired and the system chlorinated. On 03/27 two more special samples were collected in the distribution system. Both special samples passed. Due to the extenuating circumstance of the line break repair and eminent follow-up chlorination repeat samples were never collected. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of May. | ||
