| Details: | SUMMARY: Water quality alert response to positive Total Coliform test result for Pinecrest Water Company DETAILS: I contacted Les Thomas by phone regarding the positive total coliform test result for 2/29/08. We discussed his sampling requirements. Les stated that the 4 repeat samples were already taken and will be delivered to Spring Street Analytical Lab later today. This water system is chlorinated and rarely has had coliform positive results. ACTION NEEDED: Since the 4 repeats were said to be taken five routine samples are now required for the following month. Les plans to have those taken in March (since the positive result showed up on Feb 29, 2008). | ||
