| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up Coli 4819 DETAILS: Site visit with owner to discuss testing after a violation. System was shut down immediately following the TC+ sample date 11/15/07. During the visit I inspected the UV disinfection equipment. The bulb on the unit was burned out. Could be the reason for the 11/15 sample failure. The well had recently been disinfected with chlorine. 2 of the five routines required for them to open this spring were taken. One from the first spigot on the distribution and one from the lodge. ACTION NEEDED: System must do 3 more routines prior to re-opening this spring. | ||
