| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert of positive total coliforms DETAILS: Positive total coliform on 03-7-08. Owner stated that there was an electrical outage and the UV light did not automatically come back on when the electricity did. ACTION NEEDED: Owner agreed to take four repeat samples this month and 5 routines in April. Owner was also notified about the requirement to go through plan review with the addition of the UV light. Plan review information was mailed to her today. | ||
